I usually charge for this, but I want to motivate a few of you today! This is a process that I've been following for the last few years..

Execution is key. Your ideas are worthless if you don't execute them. Start setting rituals right now, and EXECUTE them.
It can be brushing your teeth 3 times a day, plan for the next day for 20 mins, workout for 15 mins a day, etc.
Creating a Board of Directors

Your team can be friends, family members or outside connections you've made.
Business Mentor - Always have someone that you can learn from. Doesn't matter if they are in the same industry.
Financial Advisor - Some to make sure you aren't blowing your money that you've made from your startup.
Sales/Business Coach - This can always help you, even if you have sales people. If you do and one of them is excellent at sales, learn from them.
Physicians - Your doctors are important. As entrepreneurs, we deal with a lot of stress. We need to make sure we are healthy.
Accountability Team - Don't have a bunch of yes men around you. You need someone to hold you accountable for what you do.
If you surround yourself with the above, you will succeed and hopefully find something you're passionate about.
