I call them key phrases.
Try this: ask yourself the question; What, in this moment, is lacking? If you seriously consider the question, your mind mechanically inspects "this moment" for an answer. There is, of course, no proper answer to this question; it is always nothing.
You can reinforce this question by reminding yourself of things like Each moment is perfect and Each moment is the moment of birth.
These keyphrases trigger, for me, transition from dwelling on the past and considering the future, to being Here and Now. It's a great relief to remind myself where I am in reality.
