Your female has thrown up a set of 'nanners', but you can simply pick them off if you're wanting to continue the grow with her in the room. Worst case scenario, it self-pollinates... or possibly pollinates another female. But unless it becomes a full-blown hermaphrodite, it's still very salvageable and worth keeping with the crop, IMO. The choice is ultimately yours, but know that slightly seeded hermaphroditic females smoke just as well as sinsemilla.
Are there any light leaks inside the growroom? Best way to tell is to go inside the growroom and momentarily turn out all the lights. If you can see any light getting into the room, fix them. Even the slightest amount of light can cause plants to hermie.
